Smoked Duck beef and ham tartar, fresh mustard leaves and purple marmalade. Wild souffléed rice and taro chips. Curly heart salad.

Lemony calamari tagliatelle. Poached quail egg, squid ink and garlic butter croutons. (Sup 7.50$)

Our foie gras au torchon. Crispy langoustine and fresh herbs. Citrus caramel and a soft brioche. Carrot juice, green apple and ginger smoothie. (Sup. 9.50$)
